Cancellation and Return Conditions

 

Order cancellation
In order to order from the products we offer for sale on our site, you must first complete the membership process and after creating your order, your design files are required on whatsapp using PSD, PDF, INDD, AI, EPS, formats. If the design file you have uploaded is suitable for printing, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you for printing via the e-mail you have registered on our site. You can terminate your order without paying any compensation before the confirmation e-mail sent to you by our site reaches you. In order to inform you about your order cancellation, you must submit your cancellation request by providing access from the whatsapp number. If you cancel the order you have placed on our site in this way, the refund of the payment you have made regarding your order will be returned to your bank account or credit card for the payment method you have preferred within 4-5 working days from the arrival of the request created for the cancellation of the order by our company.
You cannot cancel the order after the confirmation sent to you regarding the printing of the order has been sent to you or after the design file you have sent us has entered the printing process, and you cannot request a refund from us.
Return Terms
In the orders you have placed on our site, you can return all your orders other than the printed products to us within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
In line with your requests and requests, the return of the printed products specially printed for you cannot be carried out. In addition, if there is a problem with your printed products caused by our company, the product you want to return is taken into re-printing process by evaluating the product you want to return and delivered to you within the period specified for the change request.
We inform you that there will be no re-editation of the document sent by you by your orders due to a problem caused by our company. There is no refund of damaged, used or disposable products, products that may have an expiration date and can perish quickly.
Our company is not held responsible for the problems arising by you in the designs you have designed or uploaded to the site using the ready-made templates on our site. If you do not want to encounter such problems and deal with such situations after completing your order, review your designs for the last time before completing your order. Otherwise, the products you want to return are not refundable.
Return Terms
When you want to return your orders placed by our company, you need to contact the Customer Relations on our site for return transactions. Our customers who are e-invoice taxpayers must issue a return invoice.
Whether the product you want to return is in accordance with the return conditions we have mentioned above, it is checked by our Quality Management Department. If the product is eligible for return, the refund of the payment you sent to us regarding your order within 4-5 working days after the return confirmation is given by our company will be refunded to your bank account or credit card according to the payment method you made during the shopping. It may take 1-2 days for you to see the payment refund made by our company regarding your bank in your accounts. Since this is a situation that concerns your bank, any problem with the process does not concern our company.
If our company's Quality Management Department is evaluated and the result of your return request does not comply with the Return Conditions, if the return confirmation is not given by our company, the products sent to our company for the return request will be counter-paid, sent to your address registered on our site within 10 days and it will be stated why the product for the return request does not comply with the Return Conditions.

VAT is not included in our prices. VAT is 18%.

The sales specification and usage specification are deemed to have been accepted for each purchased product.

Delivery face cargo is sent to the domestic address by cargo or ptt cargo.

The shipping fee belongs to the customer. (Sample request, product acceptance and returns)

Incorrect prints caused by our company are repeated within the scope of product return.

The return of the product must be made within 2 days after the product is received.

There may be up to 7% change in sizes and colors.

Your designs should be CMYK and 300 DPI resolution. The responsibility of the works sent to RGB belongs to the customer.

Orders that are not paid are not put into production.

If you have passed the payment with a different name than the name you ordered, transfer or EFT, please report it. When you send your receipt, payment information or transaction number, the production time is deemed to have started.
